中药复健片对MCAO大鼠脑内GAP－43表达的影响
Effect of Fujian Tablets on Expression of GAP－43
目的：研究中药复健片对MCAO大鼠脑内GAP－43表达的影响，探讨复健片治疗缺血性卒中后遗症的作用机理。方法：用Tamura的方法[1]进行右侧近端大脑中动脉电凝术造成MCAO大鼠模型。35只大鼠分为给药组、模型组、假手术组3组。于造模成功后第6天药物组灌胃给予复健片，剂量为9g生药/kg/d，余二组分别灌胃给予同等量生理盐水，日1次。用免疫组化法观察MCAO大鼠脑内GAP－43的表达。结果：给药组大鼠脑内GAP－43表达明显增强。结论：复健片对缺血性卒中神经发生过程中的轴突生长有促进作用。
Objective: The effect of Fujian tablets on expression of GAP－43 in the brain of MCAO rats was studied. In order to investigate the mechanism of action of Fujian tablets treat AICD. Methods: The MCAO models were established with wistar rats with the method of Tamura’s. The models were randomly divided into 3 groups，including medication administration team, model team and sham operated team. The effect of Fujian tablets on expression of GAP－43 in the brain of MCAO rats was observed. Result: Fujian tablets have obvious function on increasing the level of GAP－43 in the brain of MCAO rats. Conclusion: Fujian tablets can promote the axons with the sequela of AICD to grow.
