利他或利己型群体目标下个体参与微博集群动机的质性研究
he qualitative study on the motivation of individuals' involvement of micro-blog clusters under altruism or self-interest group objectives
基于以微博话题为起始迅速出现的众多网络集群现象,本文采用扎根理论的质性研究方法,持续搜集在利他或利己型群体目标下相关微博集群的文本资料,进行循环编码分析,深入探求在这两种不同群体目标下个体参与微博集群动机。研究发现:在利他型群体目标情境下,主要有信息共享、人际沟通、情感抒发、个人表达、发出提醒、提出要求六个动机,其中信息共享、个人表达、发出提醒、情感抒发为主要动机;在利己型群体目标情境下,主要包括获取信息、人际沟通、情感抒发、自我表达、自我认同、娱乐大众六个动机,其中情感抒发、自我表达及自我认同动机为主要动机;同时,研究还发现不同的动机对集群参与的参与程度和贡献程度也存在很大的差异。文章最后对两种不同类型微博集群的个体参与动机做了对比分析,并探讨了其理论意义和营销启示。
Based on the flooding phenomenon of network cluster beginning with micro-blog topic,this study used qualitative research with the method of grounded theory and explored the motivations of the individuals involved in micro-blogging cluster after searching and coding relevant material under altruism or self-interest group objectives.The study found that:in altruistic group goal situation,there are six kinds of motivations--information sharing,personal expression,warnings,emotional expression,interpersonal communication and requests,additionally the first four as main motivation;in the self-interest group goal situation,there are six kinds of motivations--expressing emotions,self expression,self identity,information access,interpersonal communication and entertainment,additionally the first three as main motivation;what's more,the study also found that participation level and contribution degree of cluster participation are wildly different under various motivations.the degree and different motivations have different of participating in the degree and contribution degree also exist great difference.At the end of this paper,two different types of individual participation motivation of micro cluster are compared and then the theoretical significance and marketing implications are discussed.
