At the same time, the cost of social logistics has increased significantly. Therefore, accurate and effective analysis of logistics costs has attracted widespread attention from industry experts and scholars. The cargo turnover volume of transportation reflects the efficiency of logistics operation, so the cargo turnover volume of multiple transportation methods is introduced as an influencing factor of logistics costs. According to the literature review method, the introduction of other indicators together constitute 8 influencing factors, and the proportion of the total social logistics cost in the total social logistics as the explained variable. Based on the multiple regression model, using Eviews software to perform regression analysis and ADF and AEG co-integration tests on the explained variables and the selected eight influencing factors. The results show that the secondary industry and the turnover of water transport have a significant impact on the proportion of the total social logistics costs in the total social logistics. The impact of road cargo turnover and railway cargo turnover is second only to the secondary industry and water transport cargo turnover, while the primary industry, tertiary industry, civil aviation cargo turnover and per capita GDP have no significant impact.
