加权森林景观斑块耦合网络节点异质性研究
Study on heterogeneity of weighted forest landscape patch coupling network nodes
根据西洞庭湖区森林分布,将景观类型分为9类,并以乔木层边缘效应大小作为边权,构建了基于乔木层生产力的景观斑块耦合网络;通过网络与斑块间异质性指标的关系来分析加权网络节点异质性。结果表明5网络的节点度、斑块特征指数与点强度(绝对值)在0.01水平(双侧)上显著相关,通过Cubic模型和Logistic模型来模拟网络节点度、斑块形状指数与点强度分布的关系可知,当节点度和形状指数在一定范围内变化时,点强度分布集中在一个很小的区域,当它们达到某一域值后,点强度分布呈现较强的离散性,极个别节点具有较大的点强度分布,成为整个网络的核心。对网络节点的异质性分析可知,5网络中异质性最大的节点的优势树种是阔叶林,最小的是灌木林;由于斑块大小和形状的影响,节点的异质性与斑块的形状指数及节点度相关,面积越大、形状越不规则的斑块或者节点度越大的节点的点强度越大,异质性也越大;反之,异质性越小。
ccording to the distribution of West Dongting Lake forest, the landscape type is divided into 9 categories, and the coupling network of landscape patches based on the productivity of arbor layer was constructed in the light of edge effect size of arbor layer. Weighted network node heterogeneity is analyzed through the relationship between the heterogeneity indexes of network and the patches. The results showed that: the node degree of the 5 networks, the patch characteristics index was significantly related to the point intensity (absolute value) in thResearch on the node heterogeneity of Forest Landscape Patches Coupling Network Based on Tree layer productivitye 0.01 level (bilateral).Cubic model and Logistic model are used to simulate the relationship among network node degree, patch shape index and point intensity distribution. The result showed that, when the node degree and shape index change within a certain range, the point intensity distribution is concentrated in a very small area; when they reach a certain threshold value, there was obvious discreteness for the point intensity distribution; Very individual nodes have a larger point intensity distribution, and become the core of the whole network. The heterogeneity analysis of network nodes shows that the dominant tree species with the largest heterogeneous nodes in these 5 networks are broad leaved forest, and the smallest the shrubbery. Due to the influence of the size and shape of the patch, the heterogeneity of the nodes is related to the shape index and the node degree,which means the larger the area, the more irregular shape of the patch or the greater the intensity of the node degree, the greater the heterogeneity, and vice versa.
