唐山市网吧行业信息化管理初探

Study on Informatization Management of Coffeenet in Tangshan

目前,电信企业正处于业务转型时期,进入网吧行业,打造新型的网吧行业价值链,是电信运营商利用自身优势,推广宽带增值业务、开辟新的业务增长点的重要渠道。河北联通公司作为河北宽带网吧市场主要的互联网接入服务提供商,如何成功地进入网吧行业,实施网吧业务流程再造是其面临的重要课题。本文基于电信企业客户关系管理的视角,以网吧运营业务流程为出发点,着重研究用信息化的方法,对宽带网吧行业现有的运营业务流程进行再造设计,通过提高运营业务流程绩效来改善对网吧行业客户的电信服务质量。通过对网吧行业发展现状和宽带网吧现有运营业务流程的分析,在充分了解现有业务流程存在的问题后,采用SWOT竞争态势分析方法进行分析,找出解决的对策,运用企业流程再造BPR理论对宽带的业务流程进行分析,确定流程的关键路径,从而提出网吧行业宽带业务对信息技术的新需求。本文的特点在于采取规范的理论分析与案例实证分析相结合,做到对策建议既把握其科学性又有可操作性。对对业务流程再造实施过程中可能出现的一些问题进行分析,并提出了若干建议。

urrently, telecommunications companies are in the period of business transition.Accessing to coffeenet industry is a critical channel for operators to create new industry value chain and promote their value-added services. As main Internet service providers in Hebei, China Unicom Hebei branch face an important issue:how to successfully enter the coffeenet industry.The answer is it depends on the implementation of business process reengineering to coffeenet. This article aims to put forward some ways to reengineer process on broadband coffeenet industry based on study on informationization and from perspective of customer relation management in telecom. ase on the analysis of development status and problems of process reengineering in Broadband Internet café,we use SWOT and BPR to identify the new demand on coffeenet industry. Features of this article is to do standard theoretical analysis and empirical analysis case together so that countermeasures obtain both scientific and feasibility. In addition,we analysis some existing problem on process reengineering and raise corresponding suggestions.
