猪松质骨制备骨修复工程支架材料
Preparation of Engineering Scaffold Materials for Bone Rehabilitation from Porcine Cancellous Bones
烧结后的猪松质骨具有高的孔隙率和适合骨长入的相互贯通的孔道。烧结后的多孔猪骨的主要成分是羟基磷灰石(Ca5(PO4)3(OH),HAP),但其生物降解性差。为了提高其生物活性,通过煅烧除去猪骨中的有机物,加入不同比例的(NH4)2HPO4高温水热反应,然后再高温烧结,它的晶相结构HAP能够部分转化为磷酸钙(TCP),从而形成双相或其它的多相结构。随着水热反应中(NH4)2HPO4的增加,煅烧过程中HAP将会在高温下逐渐转化成TCP,得到不同晶相组成的天然多孔生物陶瓷TCP / HAP/。体外细胞培养无毒性,并可在材料表面黏附生长,表现出良好的生物相容性,是骨组织工程很好的支架材料。
Sintered porcine cancellous bone kept intrinsic porous structure with excellent biocompatiblity, high porosity and have an interconnecting allowing for bone ingrowth. However, the main mineral constitution of sintered porcine bone-hydroxyapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2, HAP) seems to be bad biodegradability in vivo. For improving its bioactivity, the calcined porcine bone-removing the organic substance by burning process with different quantities of NH4)2HPO4 addition was heated to a high temperature to transform its crystalline phase constitution from HAP into TCP/HAP biphasic or other multiphasic structures. Cell culture results in vitro show that the prepared materials exhibit fine biocompatibility suitable for adhesion and proliferation of the cells with no cytotoxicity, It is good for bone tissue engineering scaffolds.
