人脐带间充质干细胞致瘤性试验

Objective：Observe nude mices' tumorigenicity caused by human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(HUCMSCs)， to provide reference for the security of clinical use of HUCMSCs. Methods： Cultured and amplified HUCMSCs，and prepared into cell and NS suspension and with suspension for hypodermic injection in model group nude mices. Observed whether the tumor occur for the whole time. Results： The animals had no obvious adverse reaction， After 8 weeks of injection， the tumorigenicity study results showed that no tumor developed in the transplantation site in the control group．Histopathologic examinations also showed no abnormality in these groups. Conclusion： HUCMSCs lead to the possibility of tumor is very low.
