周围型肺小腺癌CT与病理学特征及其对预后影响分析

urrently, lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors which are extremely common and harmful to human health and life. In recent years, low-dose CT screening for lung cancer and the detected small lung cancers have been the foci of researches, which mainly focused on the thin-section CT manifestations, pathological features, prognostic factors and selection of surgical management of the small peripheral adenocarcinomas. Results showed the peripheral small adenocarcinomas had some CT and pathological features, which correlated well with each other and were closely associated with tumor prognosis. Meanwhile, their characteristics also provided valuable information for proper surgical resection. In this review, we intend to summarize the relationships among CT and pathological features, surgical treatments and prognosis of the small peripheral lung adenocarcinomas with the aim of improving the understanding of this tumor and providing valuable information for clinical treatment and accurately assessing its prognosis.
