基于非线性动力学的脑血流自动调节能力评估

Evaluation of autoregulation capacity for cerebral blood flow based on nonlinear dynamics

在一定血压范围内脑血流量保持相对稳定,对脑内环境稳定、发挥其功能有着重要的意义。脑血流自动调节能力反映了循环系统的代偿能力,它的量化评估对脑血管疾病治疗与预防具有重要研究意义。本文利用非线性动力学中的互近似熵对脑血流自动调节能力进行了研究。实验结果发现该方法能实现实时、连续量化评估脑血流自动调节能力,为脑血流自动代偿能力及脑血管病的预后评估提供了一种有益的方法。

he cerebral blood flow remained relatively stable in a certain range of blood pressure, which has an important meaning for the environmental stability of the brain and exerting its function. The ability of cerebral blood flow autoregulation reflects the compensatory capacity of circulatory system, so its quantitative assessment has important significance to treatment and prevention of cerebral vascular disease. In this paper, the Cross-approximate entropy of nonlinear dynamics is used to study autoregulation ability of cerebral blood flow. The experimental results revealed that the method can achieve real-time, continuous quantitative assessment autoregulation capacity of cerebral blood flow, and provided a nice method to evaluate the compensatory capacity of circulatory system and brain diseases.
