扭矩匹配和功率限制问题研究

针对闭式传动系统中的扭矩匹配和功率限制问题,以动力稳定车为例进行了深入的分析与研究。通过数学公式推导和例证发现,内燃机与液压泵的匹配应以扭矩匹配为先决条件,满足扭矩匹配则满足功率匹配;应当验证工作范围内各点的扭矩,以防止超限引起的降速或熄火;可以采用限制油泵的出口压力和出口流量两种方法来进行功率限制,并且不做牵引车使用的列车更适于采用限制压力的方法;可以选取恰当的工作点,使柴油机在不需计算机控制的条件下自动实现功率超限控制;可以通过控制加速时间实现牵引功率的量化限制。

Based on the problem of the torque matching and restricting power in the system of close transmission, we illustrate by power stabilization vehicle. After the transform of math expressions and research, some conclusions are discovered. The torsion matching is precondition. The torsion in work area should be validated in order to prevent slowdown and flameout. The restricting power is achieved by restricting the press and flux of pump. It is better to restrict press for non- tractor train. The apt work place is chose and diesel engine can automatically achieve restricting power. The traction power can be restricted by controlling speedup time.
