基于V图的农村居民点空间分布特征及其影响因子研究——以北京市昌平区为例

新农村建设如火如荼,新的城乡一体规划正在逐步开展,农村居民点优化布局与整理受到人们空前的关注,探讨农村居民点的空间分布特征的方法技术需求迫切。本文将GIS与Voronoi图相结合,研究农村居民点空间分布特征及其影响因子,以北京市昌平区为例,分析了地形、公路及河流等自然、社会生产环境因素对农村居民点空间分布特征的影响。结果表明:地形是影响农村居民点空间分布的主导因素,农村居民点在平原地区用地比重较高,规模较大,密度较大,在山区农村居民点用地比重较低,规模相对较小,密度较小;公路交通是影响农村居民点空间分布的重要因子,昌平区有91.19%的农村居民点距离主要公路的距离都小于1500m;河流对农村居民点分布也有着一定的影响,随着距离河流越来越远,昌平区农村居民点密度呈明显的递减趋势。

When the new rural reconstruction is like a raging fire and the new city and countryside body plan is developing gradually, the rural settlement optimization layout and the reorganization receive the people unprecedented attention. Discussing the method technology of the spatial distribution characteristic of the rural settlement demands to be urgent. Taking Changping area in Beijing as the example, this article unifying GIS and the Voronoi diagram, studies on spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of rural settlement and has analyzed terrain of natural, roads and rivers of the social product environmental factors and so on. The result shows the terrain is the influencing leading factor. The land proportion, the scale and the density are big on plain and relatively small in the mountainous area. The road is an important factor, and the distances of 91.19% rural settlements to be away from primary roads are smaller than 1500m. The rivers also have certain influence to the rural settlement spatial distribution. When the rural settlements are away from the rivers to be getting more and more far, the density of rural settlements in Changping takes on the obvious decreasing progressively tendency.
