胶原蛋白是由成纤维细胞合成的一种重要的蛋白,是最重要的细胞外间质成分,广泛应用于生物医学材料领域。本文采用不同比例的胶原蛋白与壳聚糖进行交联,以含胶原酶的PBS为降解液,以羟脯氨酸作为监测指标,考察各不同交联程度的胶原的降解行为,探求胶原的体外降解特性与交联作用的关系。

ollagen protein, which has been extensively used as biomaterial, is an important protein derived by fibroblasts and the most important component of extracellular matrix. In order to investigate the effect of cross-link upon its degradation behavior by collagenase in vitro, the experiment was carried out by cross-linking different concentration collagen solution with chitosan in different ratio respectively and PBS with collagenase as degradation solution, as well as hydroxyproline as the indicator.
