家族式企业可持续发展能力评价研究

针对以往企业可持续发展能力评价研究中存在的问题，结合我国家族式企业的本身特征，本文提出“家族式企业可持续发展能力评价模型”，分析了运用结构方程模型（Structural Equation Modeling，简称为SEM）探索家族企业可持续发展能力各构成要素对家族企业可持续发展能力的影响的可行性。但由于客观条件的限制，本文目前只是提出了运用结构方程模型进行家族式企业可持续发展能力研究的一种思路。
