不同助剂下的炼焦煤微波脱硫试验研究

Effect of Different Desulfurizer on Microwave Desulfurization of Coking Coal

以山西新裕煤矿和圪堆煤矿的高有机硫炼焦精煤为研究对象,考察了酸性助剂(HCl)、碱性助剂(NaOH)、氧化性助剂(醋酸和双氧水混合溶剂)、还原性助剂(HI)和有机类助剂(正丙醇、四氢萘、四氯乙烯)条件下,微波辐照时间对脱硫效果的影响。结果表明:盐酸助剂对煤中硫分脱除效果甚微;以NaOH为代表的碱性助剂只有在熔融的条件下才有较好的脱硫效果,其煤样全硫最多可下降39.14%和40.32%。醋酸和双氧水的混合溶液在反应的前2 min即可达到较好脱硫效果,煤中硫分分别下降13.16%和24.11%;HI可以使煤中硫分分别下降20.72%和36.76%;在有机类助剂中,四氢萘和四氯乙烯分别对新裕煤样和圪堆煤样有一定脱硫效果,可使煤中硫分分别下降10.53%和11.07%。

he effect of different desulfurizers, i.e. HCl、NaOH、oxidizing agent (mixed by acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide)、reduceing agent (HI) and organic reagent (n-propyl alcohol、tetrahydronaphthalene、tetrachloroethylene), on mcrowave desulfurization of coking coal in different irradiation time was studied using the concentrate with high organic sulfur obtained from Xinyu and Gedui coal mine, Shanxi province.The results showed that HCl had little effect on sulfur removal with microwave irradiation.Alkaline assistant (NaOH) had good desulfurization only under the condition of melting, and the sulfur content of coal sample could decrease by 39.14% and 40.32% separately. The maximum desulphurization of mixed solution (acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide)was achieved in 2 min with the decrease of sulfur content by 13.16% and 24.11%,respectively. The sulfur removal could be obtained with 20.72% and 36.76% of total sulfur for two coal samples by HI,respectively. Among organic assistants, the better effects, 10.53% and 11.07%, of Xinyu coal and Gedui coal samples on microwave desulfurization were achieved by tetrahydronaphthalene and tetrachloroethylene, respectively.
