ZigBee technology in the application of freezing wall temperature field research
当今井壁冻结凿井采用信息化施工技术开展了大量工程信息的监测。外壁及冻结壁的温度监测就是其中的重要监测内容之一。本设计提出了基于单总线传感器及无线传感网络的测温方法,通过安全高效的井壁无线测温技术,可以获得整个井筒网络区域的温度信息,为建立因温度变化而产生的应力解析式提供准确参数,可作为矿井井壁设计施工的依据。该方法满足了煤矿深层冻结建井安全便捷的发展趋势,是对现有的监测手段的一次技术创新。
he shaft freezing sinking the informationization construction technology to carry out the monitoring of a large amount of project information. The outer wall and monitor the temperature of the frozen wall is one of the important content in the monitoring. This design was proposed based on single bus temperature measuring method of sensor and wireless sensor networks, through safe and efficient wall wireless temperature measurement technology, can obtain the wellbore temperature in the zones of the network information, in order to establish the stress due to temperature change approach to provide accurate parameters, can be used as the basis of a mine shaft lining design and construction. This method can meet the mine deep freeze to build well the trend of the development of safe and convenient, is a technical innovation of the existing monitoring means.
