在对已有的磷渣的缓凝的机理进行分析的基础上,通过试验证明了它们各自的不足,并提出了另一种解释-吸附机理,即在硅酸盐水泥水化初期形成的半透水性水化产物薄膜对磷渣颗粒的吸附,导致这层薄膜致密性增加,从而导致离子和水通过薄膜的速率下降,引起水化速度降低,进而导致缓凝。并运用这个观点对磷渣的比表面积与P、F含量不同对凝结时间的影响机理作了分析。

fter analysis of retardation mechanisms of phosphorous slag on portland cement, they were not full reason by experiment. This paper presents another mechanism — Absorbed mechanism which is the absorption of phosphorous slag by semipermeable hydration production membrane produced at initial time of hydration of portland cement, that induce to more impermeable of the membrane and more difficult for ions and water to travel through it, then rate of hydration decreases, so setting of portland cement is retarded. And the mechanism is used to analyze the reason of influence of special surface and content of P2O5 and F- of phosphorous slag on the setting time of portland cement.
