平衡计分卡是一种新的管理思想。它从财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习与成长等四个方面弥补了传统的单纯以财务指标作为组织绩效考核方法的许多不足,因而在国外得到了广泛的应用。然而平衡计分卡在国内企业的实施却遇到了很多的问题,当前在我国应用这种先进的管理模式取得成功的企业为数不多。本文在介绍平衡计分卡思想的基础上,就其在国内企业实施过程中遇到的问题进行分析和探讨,并对问题的解决提出了相应的对策和建议。

Balanced Scorecard is new management thinking. Based on the four levels (Financial, customer, Internal business process, Learning and growth levels), BSC made up for many deficiencies of the traditional organizational performance appraisal methods that only rely on financial performance. BSC has been widely used in foreign countries. However, the implementation of Balanced Scorecard in domestic enterprises has encountered a lot of problems, and the number of the enterprises successfully implying BSC is low. So based on the introduction of BSC, the paper focuses on the problems encountered in its implementation in the course, and raises the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
