荒漠草原豆荚螟对柠条林生境破碎化的反应

Response of Etiella zinckenella to Habitat Fragmentation at Desert Steppe in Ningxia

柠条(Caragana)是荒漠半荒漠地区防风固沙的主要树种,豆荚螟(Etiella zinckenella)是危害其种子的主要害虫之一。本文选取宁夏荒漠草原景观共13个斑块的柠条林生境,统计每个斑块内豆荚螟的危害率及种群数量,计算景观破碎化指数,研究生境面积、生境破碎化对豆荚螟危害率及种群发生的影响。结果显示,无论是豆荚螟的危害率还是种群数量,都与斑块面积不显著相关(F=1.0977,R=0.3012),与景观斑块破碎化指数(R=0.91129)、斑块密度(R=0.89864)呈一定的正相关,与景观形状破碎化指数(R=-0.89675)、景观内部生境面积破碎化指数(R=-0.77646)表现出一定的负相关。景观基质条件的差异及柠条种类是影响其发生的主要因素。

aragana are major sand-fixation plant in arid and semi-arid regions. Etiella zinckenella is one of seed pests of Caragana. We experimentally investigated the effects of habitat area, habitat fragmentation, and matrix composition on the distribution of Etiella zinckenella in desert steppe of Ningxia Lingwu Beijitan National Nature Reserve. Total 13 patches of four landscapes were investigated. We calculated the landscape fragmentation index and statistic the population quantity and parasitic ratio of Etiella zinckenella to Caragana for each patch. We compared population densities and parasitic ratio among plots that were made to vary in the area and fragmentation of Caragana habitat. The result showed that the landscape matrix, landscape fragmentation had some positive effect on Etiella zinckenella population densities and parasitic ratio. Patch area were not significantly associated with population densities(F=1.0977, R=0.3012). The landscape patch fragmentation index (R=0.91129) and the patch density index(R=0.89864) showed a positive correlation with parasitic ratio. The fragmentation shape index (R=-0.89675) and the habitat within the area of landscape fragmentation index (R=-0.77646) show some negative correlation. Differences in the conditions of the landscape matrix and Caragana species are the main factors affecting Etiella zinckenella parasitize in Caragana.
