配位共沉淀制备草酸镍钴复盐过程中的成分和物相控制

采用配位共沉淀法制备了草酸镍钴复盐。分别研究了在水介质和混合介质中pH值对复盐镍钴配比的影响,采用原子吸收光谱(AAS)、化学分析和能谱分析(EDS)测定了各自条件下草酸镍钴复盐的成分和物相,采用热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)分析了产物的热分解过程。结果表明在纯水介质中,pH≤5.0时,可以得到维持初始镍钴配比的单一固溶体共沉淀产物。而在混合介质中,pH值为2.0~8.6范围内均可以实现镍钴成分的精确控制,而且产物为单一固溶体。
Nickel-cobalt oxalate complex salt was prepared by coordinated coprecipitaton. The effects of pH values on the molar ratio of Ni2+ to Co2+ in coprecipitate was studied by using water and a certain mixed solvent as precipitation medium. The composition and phase of the coprecipitate were determined by AAS, chemical analysis and EDS and the thermal decomposition process of the coprecipitate was analyzed by TG-DTA. The results show that the initial setting of the molar ratio of Ni2+ to Co2+ in reaction solution can be maintained in the coprecipitate at pH≤5.0 and the coprecipitate is single phase solid solution. In mixed solvent, the composition can be controlled effectively at pH values of 2.0~8.6 and the coprecipitate is single phase solid solution.
