电控汽油喷射器动态响应时间参数测试研究
Research on Measurement of Dynamic Response time Parameters of an Electronic Gasoline Injector
动态特性是反映电控汽油喷射器性能好坏的重要指标之一。本文以电控汽油喷射器为对象,分析了其结构及工作原理,开发了基于通电后线圈电流曲线变化的球阀开启及落座延迟时间检测系统,利用该系统对不同类型的电控汽油喷射器的动态特性进行了实验测试,实验结果验证了系统设计的有效性。
ynamic characteristic is one of the most important indexes to evaluate the performance of the electronic control gasoline injector. This article analyses the structure and the working principle of the electronic control gasoline injector and develops a testing system to detect the opening and closing delay time of the globe valve based on the change of the winding current. With this system, the experiments have been conducted to measure the dynamic characteristics of different kinds of electronic control gasoline injectors and the test results clarify the validity of this system.
