Fe3O4空心亚微米球的制备和吸波表征
Synthesis and microwave absorption properties of hollow Fe3O4 microspheres
采用溶剂热法制得具有空心结构的单分散Fe3O4亚微米球,该空心微球具有立方多晶结构,且尺寸均匀,直径约800 nm。使用X线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对产物结构、形貌和磁性能进行表征,结果显示单分散Fe3O4亚微米球具有立方晶相,饱和磁化强度为90.8 emu/g,使用微波矢量网络分析仪测试样品在2~18 GHz微波频率范围内的复介电常数和复磁导率,以探讨材料的微波损耗机制。
Hollow Fe3O4 microspheres have been synthesized by solvothermal method. The microspheres are monodisperse with uniform size and polycrystal structure. The average diameter of the spheres is ~800 nm. The microstructure, morphology and magnetic properties of the core-shell structural microspheres were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). The results showed that the crystal forms of the hollow Fe3O4 microspheres are of cubic phase, and the saturation magnetization is 90.8 emu/g. In order to explore the absorbing properties of the particles, complex permittivity and complex permeability of the hollow Fe3O4 microspheres were measured by microwave vector network analyzer within the frequency range from 2 to 18 GHz.
