高模量沥青混合料抗永久变形能力分析

Study on the resistance to permanent deformation of high modulus asphalt mixture

本文以骨架密实结构沥青混合料为基础,通过试验研究,比较SBS改性沥青与高模量外掺剂对改善沥青路面抗永久变形能力的效果。研究结果显示,SBS改性沥青或PR-M高模量外掺剂可使沥青混合料的蠕变性能及高温稳定性得到显著改善。PR-M外掺剂可使沥青混合料高温时的动态模量得到较大的提高,而SBS改性沥青在高温阶段对提高混合料动态模量的贡献较小。此外,与SBS改性沥青相比,使用PR-M高模量外掺剂可使沥青混合料抵抗永久变形能力得到更显著的改善。

In this paper, the effect of SBS polymer modified asphalt and high modulus additive to the resistance of pavement deformation of asphalt mixture were studied. Test results showed that both SBS polymer modified asphalt and PR-M high modulus additive improve the creep properties and high temperature stability of asphalt mixtures significantly. PR-M high modulus additive has significant impact on dynamic modulus of asphalt mixtures at high temperature, while SBS polymer modified asphalt has little effect to the improvement of dynamic modulus of asphalt mixtures. Furthermore, compared to SBS polymer modified asphalt, PR-M high modulus additive improves the resistance to permanent deformation of asphalt mixture significantly.
