Pulse repetition interval (PRI) of radar signal is a vital parameter. It determines maximal discriminable distance and radial speed of radar. In this article, we make use of damping memorial Kalman filter based on dynamic linear model to distinguish jittery Pulse Repetition Intervals (PRI) of radar signal. The method of damping memorial Kalman Filter is estimation and recognition based on transcendental information of Pulse Repetition Intervals (PRI). This method considers all kinds of error and noise. It overcomes wobble in some extent and offers a bran-new method in Estimation and Recognition of PRI.
