本文设计了一种基于DeviceNet总线的智能电气阀门定位器,采用PIC18F2685单片机为核心用模糊PID进行控制,对整个智能电气阀门定位器进行设计,设计了电源转换、隔离通信接口电路,PIC18F系列单片机中内置10位A/D和CAN控制器接口,选择MCP2551作为报文收发器,实现了智能控制。可直接挂接在DeviceNet总线上,实现即插即用,可与PLC、DCS或网关等主站系统进行实时,高效的数据通信,实现阀门的准确定位。系统通过单片机可以实现对阀门的本地控制,并通过与DeviceNet现场总线通信,实现对阀门的远程控制。
