具抗流感活性的Zanamivir类似物的研究进展
Progress with anti-influenza activity of zanamivir analogue
流感的高度传染性、致命性及变异性是人类健康的威胁。Zanamivir是作为流感神经氨酸酶抑制进入临床应用的抗流感药物，其给药方式虽限制了它的应用范围，但是其对流感病毒的敏感性，使设计和合成zanamivir类似物仍然是寻找新的抗流感药物的途径之一。本文简要介绍了以zanamivir为模板，在其不同位置进行修饰的合成的新化合物及对化合物对神经氨酸酶的抑制活性。
IInfluenza is a highly contagious and fatal disease which is a threaten to human health. Zanamivir is the first anti-influenza drug as a neuraminidase inhibitors for influenza virus. Sructure modification of zanamir is an effective approach to find new neuraminidase inhibitors. This review describes the rerecent progress in synthsis of zanamivir analogs and their structure-activity studys.
