基于“君子和而不同”的思想在跨文化冲突中的应用研究

随着世界经济一体化和区域经济集团化的不断发展,跨国经营将成为企业扩张的主要方式之一。但是,由于跨国经营企业面对不同的文化背景、不同的价值观念不同的社会制度,因此必然会产生跨文化冲突。基于国内外对跨文化冲突的研究成果,本文主要对跨文化冲突对企业经营的影响进行了研究。首先对跨文化冲突的定义进行了界定,阐述了跨文化冲突的理论基础。其次,本文对八家跨国公司分成两个大类,四项进行比较论证。再次,结合八家跨国公司的实际情况分析了企业跨文化冲突对企业经营造成的影响。最后,本文在以上研究的基础上,结合儒家“君子和而不同”思想,总结了较得宜的解决方案,并得出了结论。

However, due to the different cultural backgrounds, value ideas and social systems, there would have a cross-cultural conflict. Based on research results of cross-cultural conflict at domestic and foreign countries, the paper makes a study of the impact on cross-cultural conflict in. Firstly, the paper summed up the study background, target and significance. Then it makes a definition of cross-cultural conflict and the details of cross-cultural conflict. Secondly, the paper divided eight worldwide corporations into two major categories and four items. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the influence of cross-cultural conflict in the practical situation of the examples. Finally, the paper makes an appropriate solution on the ideology “harmony but not sameness”, then it has drawn the conclusion.
