基于RDF的移动学习资源标准设计研究

本文在参考国内网络教育技术标准CELTS相关标准内容的前提下，利用W3C推荐的资源描述框架（RDF）语法规范设计了移动学习资源共享的基本框架，并实现了移动学习资源标准的初步创建。
In this paper, in reference to the national network education technical standard CELTS, use the resource description framework (RDF), which is recommended by the W3C to design the basic framework for the sharing of mobile learning resources, and implement the creation of mobile learning resources standard.
