急倾斜采空区矸石充填顶板控制力学模型分析
Roof control mechanical analysis of gangue filling in steep goaf
根据急倾斜煤层采空区矸石充填开采下顶板受力特征,建立了顶板岩层梁式力学模型,得到了考虑充填矸石支撑作用的顶板挠度计算式,研究了不同充填量及强度的矸石对不同倾角顶板变形的控制作用。研究表明:顶板变形随采空区矸石充填量及强度、顶板倾角的增加而逐渐减小;顶板挠度最大点位置随矸石充填量的增加逐渐向充填体边壁移动,随矸石充填强度的增加逐渐向未充填区域顶板的中部移动,随顶板倾角的增加逐渐向顶板下端移动;当矸石充填范围达到顶板变形最大位置,且采用压缩率小的矸石充填时,能充分发挥矸石对顶板变形的控制作用。
Based on the mechanical characteristic of the roof in gangue filling mining of the steep seam, the beam type mechanical model of the roof strata was built. The deflection formula was obtained by considering the filling gangues' supporting force, and the roof control effect of the gangues with different filling amount, filling strength and roof dip angle was studied. The research showed that: With the increase of the filling amount, filling strength and the roof dip angle, the roof deformation decreased. The maximum deflection position moved towards the filling body with larger filling amount, moved to the middle part of the unfilled goaf under stronger filling strength, and moved to the bottom when the roof dip angle increased. When the filling gangues with small compressive ratio in the goaf, and the gangues reached the maximum deflection position, the roof control effect of the gangues would be fully realized.
