柱层析净化沉积物中多环芳烃的研究

Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in marine Sediments purified by Colum Chromatography

建立了层析柱分离海洋沉积物16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的分析方法。通过对不同洗脱剂、洗脱剂体积、吸附剂类型的研究,得到层析柱分离海洋沉积物16种多环芳烃的(PAHs)的的优化实验条件:沉积物提取液中的PAHs,可从2 g硅胶(上)+3 g中性氧化铝(下)层析柱上,依次用15 mL正己烷,35 mL正己烷和二氯甲烷混合溶液(1:1,v/v)作为洗脱液淋将其洗下来,其PAHs的回收率在67.4%~89.8%之间。

method for purgation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in marine sediments by colum chromatography had been established. By changing different kinds of eluted reagent , the volume of eluted reagent and the kinds of sorbent, the optimal conditions under the pre-treatment of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the samples of sediments can be used for detection analysis. The optimized condition of separating for sixteen kinds of PAHs adsorbed in glass column filled in 2g of silica gel on superstratum and 3g of alumina on underlayer with eluting of 15 mL hexane and 35 mL mix solution of hexane and dichloromethane and (1:1, v/v) in turn could be obtained in the recoveries of PAHs ranged from 67.4% to 89.8%.
