改良间歇VSD治疗压疮疗效观察和护理措施

Objective：To overcome the shortcomings of vaccum sealing drainage (VSD）treatment in patients of pressure ulcers, we established the modified discontinuous VSD method and observed the efficacy and the average cure days of the different methods.The nursing points were explored at the same time during the treatment. Methods：From Jun.2007 to Aug.2010，the pressure ulcers of 35 cases as observing group treated by VSD technique and 30 cases by modified discontinuous VSD method．22 cases of pressure ulcer served as control group. Results：41 cases of artificial skin survived without any nursing complication．The sleep qualities of different group were investigated by using Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQ I). No nursing complications was observed. Results: The the efficacy modified discontinuous VSD has no significance with VSD （χ2 =0.535，P ＞0.05）.The sleep qualities of the modified discontinuous VSD group were better than those of VSD group significantly. Conclusions：The modified discontinuous VSD has the same efficacy of the VSD therapy,and avoided the shortcomings as noise making at the same time, which is worth generalization. Proper posture after operation，constant vaccum drainage，careful nursing and drainge tube management are the key points in nursing．
