基于ARM7处理器控制的焊接逆变电源,采用LPC2136控制器产生20KHz带死区时间的PWM波,通过编程可以实现手工焊、直流TIG、脉冲TIG三种焊接方式。LPC2136芯片在选定的每种焊接方式中通过I/O接口实现焊接参数给定、保护电路检测、显示电路输出,从而实现了多功能焊接电源的数字化控制。试验结果表明,该控制方法具有良好的动特性,能够满足高质量的焊接要求,为焊接电源控制策略的智能化提供了一个良好的平台。

he invert welding power source based on ARM7 microprocessor can realize three ways of welding by compile program, such as manual welding, dc TIG welding, pulse TIG welding. It can be drived by PWM wave that have dead-time and its frequency is 20KHz .The PWM wave is produced by LPC2136 microprocessor. The control system can implement welding parameters of given, protection circuit of detected and the output of display circuit, then the digital control system of multifunction welding power source is achieve. The control method has better dynamic performance, and meets the welding requirement, and provides a good platform for the intelligent control.
