SUMO作为一种类泛素化修饰途径在蛋白修饰中起到了重要的作用。在多种肿瘤中都检测到了SUMO化分子的高表达,并且与肿瘤细胞的发生发展密切相关,同时也影响肿瘤病人的预后,因而SUMO化分子可能成为癌症治疗中的靶点。本文着重的阐述了SUMO化分子和其与肿瘤发生发展之间的关系,并探究了其成为癌症治疗靶点的可能性?????

SUMO was a classical ubiquitin pathway, which plays an important role in protein modification. Researchers found that SUMO molecules is overexpressed in many human cancers and SUMO molecules is pivotal in tumorigenesis and tumor development, it also affect the prognosis of cancer patients, which implies that SUMO molecules may be a target for tumor therapy. This paper focuses on the relationship of SUMO molecules with tumorigenesis and tumor development, and explores the possibility of becoming a target for tumor therapy.
