Study On Nitrogen Removal Of SBR —ANAMMOX
厌氧氨氧化是一种高效、经济的脱氮新技术[1]。本试验表明:1)反应器的最佳运行参数为:反应器在进水浓度为200-496.3mg/L时,能保持80%以上的脱氮效率,最适进水浓度为347.7mg/L;最佳 为17至24小时;最佳进水 为7~8.5;最佳内循环流速为24-96ml/min;低浓度有机物对反应器的影响较小,当C/N=2时,脱氮效率达到最大。2)在此运行条件下,SBR厌氧氨氧化反应器脱氮效率可达到80%,总氮的容积负荷率最高达588.00 mg/L•d,最高容积去除总氮为448.57 mg/L•d。
The anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) process is an economical and highly-effective nitrogen-removal technology. The experiments show that :1) when the water inlet concentration is between 200 mg/L and 496.3mg/L, the nitrogen removal rate is 80% , the optimal water inlet concentration is 347.7mg/L . The optimal HRT should be 17h-24h and the optimal PH is 7-8.5, the optimal inner cycle flow velocity could be 24-96ml/min. The lower concentration of organic compounds is, the less effect on the reactor is. When the ratio of C/N is 2 , the nitrogen removal ratio can reach the maximum. 2)On this condition ,the reactor runs steadily and the nitrogen removal rate reaches around 80%., the TN volumetric charge rate is 588.00 mg/L•d and the maximum TN volumetric removal rate is 448.57mg/L•d.
