模糊数学在销售人员薪酬计划中的应用

在简要论述销售人员薪酬体系的基础上,提出了设计销售人员薪酬计划的新理念一模糊综合评价模型。该模型将AHP(层次分析法)和模糊综合评价法结合起来,利用AHP确定销售人员评价体系中评价要素的权重,应用模糊集合变换从定性和定量两个方面对销售人员业绩进行二级模糊综合评价,进而确定其薪酬计划,同时文章以实例进行了全面地论证。研究结果表明,该方法具有很强的操作性,对实践有着较高的指导意义。
In a brief exposition on the basis of sales Payment system ,by the sales Payment Plan design of the new concept of a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The model combine AHP (AHP)with fuzzy comprehensive Judgment. AHP determined weight by sales personnel evaluation system in the evaluation of elements . Transformation from a fuzzy set of qualitative and quantitative aspects of the two sales performance two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Determine their remuneration package, while examples of the article to a comprehensive demonstration. Research results show that the method is highly feasible, the practice has a higher guidance.
