煤焦油中甲苯不溶物的性质和组成分析

煤焦油中甲苯不溶物的存在会对加氢设备、催化剂和产品质量等造成一定的危害,因此在煤焦油加氢改质前需对其进行脱除。本文利用元素分析、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱仪、红外光谱等分析手段对甲苯不溶物的组成结构进行了分析表征。研究结果表明:甲苯不溶物中97%的粒径在21.06 μm以下,其形状不规则,稳定分布在煤焦油中。甲苯不溶物主要由碳质有机物组成,氧含量比较丰富,金属元素中Al、Si、Ca、Fe含量较高。甲苯不溶物中有机成分主要是多元芳环类物质高度缩合而成的产物,无机成分大部分是煤粉、煤灰、碳质和矿物质颗粒等。甲苯不溶物固体表面的碳氧元素占到了90%以上,碳主要以碳氢化合物和酚碳、醚碳的形式存在,氧主要以酚羟基和醚氧键的形式存在。
oluene insoluble materials in coal tar are harmful to the hydrogenation equipment, catalysts and the quality of products. So they should be separated from coal tar before hydro-upgrading. The compositions and structures of toluene insoluble materials are analyzed by elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray Diffraction analyses, Fourier transform infrared and so on. The results show that more than 97% toluene insoluble materials particles are less than 21.06μm in diameter, which are irregular in shape and dispersed stably in coal tar. Toluene insoluble materials are mainly composed of carbonaceous organic compositions which are richer in oxygen and are rich in some mental elements Al, Si, Ca, Ti, Fe. The organic components are some products which are highly condensed from multicomponent aromatic ring compounds. The inorganic components are mainly of coal, ash, carbon and mineral particles. The total content of carbon and oxygen of toluene insoluble materials solid surface is more than 90%. The carbon is mainly in the form of hydrocarbon and phenol carbon, ether carbon. The oxygen is mainly in the form of phenolic hydroxyl group and ether oxygen bonds.
