基于循证理论的集束化护理对肠镜患者肠道准备清洁度、不良反应及护理满意度的影响

Objective?To explore the application effect of cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory in patients with enteroscopy, and to observe its effect on intestinal preparation cleanliness, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction.?Methods?126 patients who underwent enteroscopy in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group (n = 63) and observation group (n = 63). Patients in the observation group were given cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory. Intestinal cleanliness, enteroscopy time, success rate, changes of stress index before and after examination, occurrence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.?Results compared with the control group, the intestinal cleanliness, success rate and patient satisfaction of the observation group were higher, the time of enteroscopy was shorter, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower (P < 0.05). The stress index after examination in both groups was higher than that before examination (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the stress index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion?Cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory can improve intestinal preparation cleanliness and patient satisfaction, reduce patients' stress reaction and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
