微胚乳超高油玉米籽粒β-谷甾醇含量的研究初报
Primary Report of contents of β-Sitosterol in the super high oil Seeds of Micro-endosperm Corn
2005年秋季种植几种不同类型的玉米材料,研究其籽粒β-谷甾醇含量,发现微胚乳超高油玉米的β-谷甾醇含量远高于其它类型的玉米,微胚乳玉米III型杂种优势较显著;2006年春季选取微胚乳超高油玉米III型的杂交组合及其亲本做试验材料,进行亲子代遗传研究,结果表明正交F1与反交F1之间的β-谷甾醇含量比较接近,无明显差异。同型系之间β-谷甾醇含量差异在42 mg/100g—140 mg/100g之间;相同株系之间β-谷甾醇含量差异在14mg/100g—19 mg/100g之间,相对较小。不同组合的杂种优势情况不同,尚未发现明显的规律。将两季种植的6个微胚乳组合做亲子相关分析,结果F1与双亲平均值相关系数γ=0.643884 F1 与母本的相关系数γ=0.682621 F1与父本的相关系数γ= 0.319369 呈明显正相关趋势,但尚无一例达到显著水平(0.05)。
bstract To analyze the contents of β-sitosterol of corn seeds, several type of corn were planted in the Fall of 2005. The results showed that the contents of β-sitosterol in the super high oil seed of micro-endosperm corn (MEC) were much higher than that in other type of corns. The heterosis or hybrid vigor of type III of MEC was dominant. To analyze the heredity of β-sitosterol in the super high oil seeds of MEC, the hybrid seeds of type III of MEC and their parents were planted in the spring of 2006. The results showed that the contents of β-sitosterol in normal hybrid F1 seeds were not significant different with that in reverse hybrid F1 seeds. The contents of β-sitosterol were dispersed from 42mg to 140mg per 100g seeds between different combinations in the same type of corn and dispersed from 14mg to 19mg per 100g seeds in the same plant lines. But the heterosis of β-sitosterol contents was different between different combinations of hybrid F1 seeds. Analysis of parent-offspring correlation was performed in the 6 combination hybrid F1 seeds of MEC which planted in two seasons. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between hybrid F1 and mean of parents (r=0.643884), father plants (r=0.319369), and mother plants (r=0.682621), respectively. But no correlation rate reaches at significant different level(0.05).
