摘要

本文通过共沉淀法制得磷化钨的氧化物前体磷酸钨,然后通过原位氢气程序升温还原制得体相磷化钨催化剂。选用二苯并噻吩及其加氢中间体1,2,3,4-四氢-二苯并噻吩和1,2,3,4,4a,9b-六氢-二苯并噻吩作为模型含硫化合物在磷化钨催化剂上进行加氢脱硫反应,考察磷化钨催化剂上的反应机理,结果表明体相磷化钨催化剂显示的高的加氢/脱氢活性和相对低的脱硫活性,可在富氢条件下发生脱氢反应,表现出一定的贵金属催化特性。

Abstract

A bulk WP catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation and in situ temperature-programmed reduction with H2. The HDS activities of WP were investigated using dibenzothiophene and its hydrogenated intermediates 1,2,3,4,4a,9b-hexahydro-dibenzothiophene and 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-dibenzothiophene as the model sulfur containing compounds. The results indicated that bulk WP exhibited a relatively high hydrogenation/dehydrogenation activity but low desulfurization activity. WP showed quitely properties of noble metal catalysts because of the high (de)hydrogenation activity.
