滇池水化学特征与叶绿素a含量的相关性研究
Relationship between water chemical characteristics and chlorophyll a content in Dianchi Lake
富营养化引起蓝藻水华频繁发生是我国重大水环境问题之一。水体中阳离子影响着蓝藻的新陈代谢与生长。本研究通过对滇池不同区域进行取样,测定水体水化学特征,测定水体叶绿素a的含量,分析水化学特征与叶绿素含量之间的相关关系。结果表明,滇池水化学特征与叶绿素a含量密切相关。在蓝藻严重区域阳离子Ca2+和K+含量显著高于其他区域,并与叶绿素a含量显著正相关,可能有助于蓝藻生长或群体形成。蓝藻严重区表现出极高的氮磷比,高氮磷比对蓝藻生长或群体形成还有待于进一步研究。
Frequent occurrence of cyanobacteria bloom caused by eutrophication is one of the major problems of water environment in China. Water cations affect the growth of cyanobacteria. By sampling in different regions in Dianchi Lake, water chemical characteristics and the content of chlorophyll a were measured, correlation analysis between the water chemical characteristics and chlorophyll a content were done. The results showed that water chemical characteristics and chlorophyll a content in Dianchi Lake was closely related. The concentrations of Ca2+ and K+ in the serious cyanobacteria bloom region were significantly higher than other regions, and they were significantly positive correlation with the content of chlorophyll a, which may contribute to the growth of cyanobacteria or group formation. In serious cyanobacteria bloom region it presented a very high ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus, its effects on the growth of cyanobacteria or group formation remains to be further studied.
