为对由地震引发的洪水、海啸等次生灾害进行实时分析与研究,本文在三维环境下,以特定高程面为基准,提取了不同高程下的面状水流网络与体状流域范围,并对效果图进行了对比分析,统计并计算了若干流域参数,即三维情景下洪水、海啸的若干相关淹没数据,如某特定高程平面下已淹没的陆地表面积与体积、高程平面以上未淹没的陆地表面积与体积和所选区域的范围以及最大、最小高程值等。通过效果图与统计数据可知,该方法具有一定的可行性与参考价值。

In order to make real-time analysis and research on secondary disasters such as floods and tsunamis caused by earthquakes, some relevant face shaped flow networks and three-dimensional shaped watershed are extracted under different elevation values based on specific elevation surface which acts as the benchmark in the 3D environment. At last, the comparative analysis is made which aims at the resulting graphics, and some statistics of the watershed parameters are made and calculated, which proves that this method in this paper is feasible and valuable to a certain extent.
