基于TRIZ的平板太阳能集热器与屋顶一体化的结构设计
Structural design for integration of flat-plate solar collector and roof based on TRIZ
为了实现平板太阳能集热器与建筑物屋顶的一体化,应用发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)进行创新设计,设计出一种适用于我国大部分地区的截线双坡对称式屋顶和截线双坡不对称式屋顶,并增加了平板集热器在屋顶的安装面积和维护通道,有利于集热器的安装固定和使用过程中的维护清洁,既降低安全隐患,又能有效延长集热器的使用寿命。
In order to achieve integration of flat-plate solar collectors and building roof, the TRIZ theory is applied to innovate and design a mansard double-pitch symmetrical roof and a mansard double-pitch asymmetrical roof. These roofs can add the installing area of flat-plate solar collectors and maintaining channels, it is propitious to installation and maintenance of flat-plate solar collectors so as to reduce security risk and effectively extend life of the collectors.
