京尼平交联丝素蛋白超细纤维的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Genipin-crosslink Silk Fibroin Ultrafine Fibers
京尼平是一种天然的交联剂,是从京尼平甙中分离、提纯而获得的。本文利用京尼平交联再生丝素蛋白的方法对丝素蛋白进行改性,利用静电纺丝法制备交联的丝素蛋白纳米纤维膜。通过对其性能进行研究表明交联量的改变对丝素蛋白的性能产生影响,随着交联剂京尼平含量的增加,纤维形貌趋于不规整,而交联度逐渐上升,断裂强度和断裂伸长率均提高。
Genipin is a naturally occurring crosslinking agent that is derived from the fruits Genipa. The article introduced that Genipin-crosslink silk fibroin is electrospun to become nanofiber membrances. The result of researches showed that the properties of nanofiber membrances are inferenced by the content of Genipin and the morphology of nanofibers become more and more inconsistent with the increasing of crosslink degree and the improving of tensile strength and elongation at break.
