山西肥煤正己烷萃取物的FT-IR分析
FT-IR study on the n-hexane extracts of Shanxi fat coal
采用正己烷溶剂对山西辛置肥煤进行索氏萃取实验并按一定时间段取样,然后对各次萃取物做FTIR检测,使用PeakFit分峰软件将红外谱图分为四部分并分别进行分峰拟合,根据分峰数据分析各部分官能团的含量以及溶出特征,结果表明:肥煤可萃取物中羟基形成的五种氢键含量大小顺序为:羟基-醚氢键>自缔合氢键>羟基-π氢键>环氢键≈自由羟基;对于脂肪族化合物来说,长链脂肪烃比碳链较短的更难溶出;肥煤可萃取芳香烃化合物中取代基衍生物较多,且主要为邻位二取代和邻位三取代,五个氢原子取代芳烃较少。
he fat coal collected from Shanxi Xingzhi was extracted with the solvent of n-hexane and sampled based on a given period of time, Then the extracts were analyzed with FTIR. The infrared spectrum was divided to four parts which were analyzed separately by the procedure of curve resolution from PeakFit V4.12. The contents and the dissolving fenture of functional groups were acquired according to the datas of curve resolution. The results show that there are five types of hydroxyl in the extracts, and the contents of hydrogen bonds were followed by OH-ether > self-association >OH-π > hydroxyl ring > free hydroxyl.To the aliphatic hydrocarbon, long carbochain was more difficult than the short ones when it comes the dissolving ability. what’s more,there were lots of substitutional groups which contained ortho substituted two and ortho substituted three mainly and less ortho substituted five in the aromatic hydrocarbon compounds.
