基于磁记忆方法的断裂叶片应力分析

金属磁记忆检测方法是目前新兴的一种无损检测技术,基于磁弹性和磁机械效应理论,广泛应用于应力评估和损伤检测领域。本文为了对汽轮机断裂叶片进行事故分析,将磁记忆技术应用于事故叶片的叶型和断口处的应力检测和评价。经过磁记忆现场检测得到了失效叶片磁记忆信号分布规律,发现在裂纹过渡区磁记忆信号变化幅度最小,在裂纹撕断区磁记忆信号变化最大,裂纹萌生区信号变化处于撕断区和过渡区之间。为了对磁记忆检测结果进行验证,应用西屋公司(WESTHOMES)计算软件和小孔应力测量方法分别对进行了失效叶片应力计算和现场检测,结果验证了磁记忆方法的有效性。

Metal magnetic memory (MMM) technology, based on the magneto-elasticity and magneto-mechanical effect theory, has been used to evaluate the stress of the rupture turbine blade. The fracture face of failure blade is detected with MMM method at workshop. The stress variation of fracture blade during the whole rupture process is analyzed and evaluated. It has been found the MMM signal variation amplitude of the crack transition zone in the fracture surface is minimal, that of the crack initiation zone is in the middle, and that of the tear fracture zone is maximal. The results of WESTHOMES software calculating and small hole stress measuring method have proved the validity of the MMM result.
