基于物流路径的单行布局建模与仿真研究

针对单行布局在柔性制造系统(FMS)、成组技术(GT)单元、采用准时制(JIT)技术车间的广泛应用,在分析其优缺点的基础上,建立了单行布局问题的物料传输费用模型、面积利用率模型及生产周期模型,并以活塞117线的布局为例,利用QUEST软件对单行布局的三种布局形式(线形布局、U型布局和半圆形布局)进行仿真,结合所建立的三个模型进行分析。仿真时三种布局形式选用相同的参数设置,仿真结果表明,半圆形布局的物料传输费用最低及产品生产周期最短,而线形布局的面积利用率最高。

Based on analyzing the advantage and disadvantages of single-row layout, models of material handling costs, area utilization rate and production cycle are established for the widely use of single-row layout in FMS, GT cell and factory using JIT. Taking the No.117 piston production line as the example, three types of single-row layout, including straight line layout, U-shape layout and semi-circular layout are modeled and simulated on platform of QUEST. The simulation data for these three models are collected and analyzed. Parameters setting are the same for the three types of single-row layout. The simulation results show that: (1) Material handling costs of semi-circular layout is the lowest. (2) The production cycle of semi-circular layout is the shortest. (3) The area utilization rate of U-shape layout is the highest.
