中小企业协同创新能力系统的耦合度评价

his paper explores the six-dimensional sub-systems of collaborative innovation capacity of small and medium manufacturing enterprises (SMEs), including R&D collaboration capabilities, production collaboration capabilities, capital collaboration capabilities, marketing collaboration capabilities, organizational collaboration capabilities and collaborative environment, and measures their coupling degree from six levels including regions, cities, industry, ownership, size and age, using the DEA methods based on data from 316 SMEs in the Yangtze River Delta. The results show that, in terms of the region, the order of the coupling degree is Zhejiang, Shanghai and Jiangsu successively. in terms of typical cities, the coupling degree of three cities including Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou are high; in terms of typical industry, the coupling degree of medicine manufacturing is the highest, followed by the fabricated metal products, computer communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing; in terms of the ownerships, the coupling degree of foreign-owned enterprises are the highest; in terms of the sizes, the coupling degree of medium-sized enterprises is the highest; in terms of the ages, the coupling degree of firms more than 15 years is the highest, while firms below three years is the lowest. The findings can expand the existing literature on innovation ability of enterprise, and give theoretical reference to improve the collaborative innovation capability of manufacturing enterprise.
