中小施工企业合同管理研究

本文论述了中小施工企业合同管理的重要性，分析了目前我国中小施工企业合同管理的现状，提出了加强中小施工企业合同管理的措施。文章指出加强合同管理是中小施工企业应对建筑业市场化和工程管理国际化的必然要求，是中小施工企业降低成本和控制工程造价的主要手段。针对中小施工企业合同管理的现状，应从加强合同意识、设立合同管理机构、建立合同管理制度、加强分包合同管理、做好索赔管理、建立合同管理信息化等六个方面加强合同管理，只有这样，中小施工企业才能在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展。
