深部煤层巷道预应力锚杆-锚索支护协调性数值模拟研究

深部煤层巷道锚杆锚索支护的协调性关系到巷道支护的效果。结合平煤股份十一矿工程地质条件,利用ANSYS软件对锚杆-锚索支护参数进行数值模拟,得出合理的支护参数,从而达到最佳支护效果;最后探讨了锚杆、锚索的预应力和间排距对巷道围岩稳定性的影响。得出结论:随着锚杆预应力的增大,巷道各部位的变形呈减小趋势,且巷道各部位变形量与锚杆预应力值呈线性关系;随着锚索预应力的增大,顶板变形相应减小,巷道其余部位的变形呈增大趋势,且巷道各部位变形量与锚索预应力值呈线性关系;随着锚杆间排距的增加,底板变形先增大后减小,巷道其余部位的变形均呈增大趋势,且巷道各部位变形量与锚索预应力值呈抛物线关系。

he supoort effection of gate way in deep roadways is determined by bolt-anchor's coordination.With engineering geological characteristics of Pingmei AG 11th Coal Mine,numerical simulation for different schemes of bolt-anchor are carried out by ANSYS,reasonable parametres will be found.Support to achieve the best results.Finally,The effection of bolt and anchor's pretention and inter-row to roadway's stability is discussed.we have an exclusion:With the bolt's pretention is increased,the deformation of each part is decreased,also,the deformation of each part have a linear relation with bolt's pretention.With the anchor's pretention is increased,the deformation of roof is decreased, other part of roadway is increased,also,the deformation of each part have a linear relation with anchor's pretenton.With bolt's inter-low is increased, deformation of bottom is increased firstly,later,decreased,other part is increased,the deformation of each part have a parabola relation with anchor's pretention.
