烟草配子膜融合后精核迁移依赖于微丝而不依赖于微管

he cellular mechanisms underlying the migration of male nucleus and female nucleus are not yet understood in angiosperms. The gametes of tobacco were used to study the issue by fertilization in vitro. Contrary to the situation in animal cells, which male and female pronucleaar move to each other, sperm nuclear migrate to female nuclear. Inhibitors of cytoskeleton were used to investigate whether actin or microtubule is responding for the migration of SN and FN. The results indicated that the SN migration was actin and not microtubule dependent. Further the inhibitors of myosin BDM was used and show no evident effects on sperm nuclear migration. The result imply arp2/3 complex but not myosin motors was probobaly involved in regulating SN migration.
