神经生长导向因子Semaphorin3家族在肿瘤中表达的系统分析

Semaphorin3(Sema3)是Semaphorin的分泌型亚家族。在正常发育过程中,Sema3主要控制细胞迁移、黏附并影响细胞增殖和凋亡,参与对神经轴突生长和血管新生控制;病理状态下,Sema3对肿瘤血管新生及肿瘤生长起重要作用。本文通过荧光定量PCR技术对Sema3在28种肿瘤细胞中表达情况进行测定,并进行了系统分析。本文的数据为进一步研究Sema3在不同肿瘤发展中的作用提供了重要依据。
lass 3 Semaphorin(Sema3) is a secreted semaphorin subfamily which functions as guidance cues of axonal growth cone during the development of the nerve system. Sema3 also controls angiogenesis in normal and pathological settings and affect tumor cell proliferation, migration and adhesion in cell culture or tumor progression of the xenografts. In this article, the author used Fluorescence quantitative PCR and analysed the expression pattern in 28 tumor cell lines. The functional analysis of neural guidance molecules in cancer should consider the origin and the type of the tumor. Our result built a good foundation for future study.
